Creative Arts empowers students to express ideas, explore creativity and build confidence through visual arts, music and performance.

Learning in Creative Arts

Creative Arts at St Joseph’s encourages self-expression, creativity and critical reflection. Aligned with NESA Creative Arts syllabuses, students engage in music, drama and visual arts experiences.

Stage 4 and Stage 5 (Years 7–10)

Students may study:

  • Drama
  • Photography

Learning focuses on practical creation, performance, interpretation and appreciation.

Stage 6 (Years 11–12)

Senior courses may include:

Students develop bodies of work or performances that demonstrate artistic intent and technical skill.
